Still in Niagara Falls, first have to find a cup of coffee or I will not wake up. We already have seen enough of Niagara, there are only amusements parks and a lot of touristic awful attractions. Nothing fancy for us. We felt sorry what they have done to the beautiful river an…

On the way back from Niagara-on-the-Lake we spotted the large Souvenier City establishment. It's on the Niagara Parkway and can't be missed. We had to stop in! Souvenier City has a wide array of Canada and Niagara Falls themed merchandise ranging from T-shirts, hats and other apparel…

The tour guide was a very funny and friendly german lady. I went to the tour joined by a college from work, but unfortunately the rest of …

The Canadian side has better view! It's a pretty long drive, about 2 hours, going through Toronto from the east, around Lake Ontario on its west shore a…

The Falls were beautiful. Because of all the mist from The Horse Shoe Falls, it was difficult to see it all. The mist itself was beautiful and made the view of the falls seem mystical. The Falls are illuminated at night and the city is light up as well.

I went to school at Oswego State University, which is on the New York side of Lake Ontario, 45 minutes North of Syracuse. Those four years were the most formative and fun years of my life. They were so care free and enjoyable. I of course, was a frat boy, so I would visit different schools to atten…

I was up at five oclock this morning. I've been going to the gym before work and I did not want to drop my routine while on vacation. The gym was on the fifth floor of the hotel. There was a heated pool, gym, sauna, and steamroom. I only did my eliptical and treadmill machines. And there were a few…

That was on the way to the falls on …

This was the day of least interest and the longest drawn out one. Turns out it was Lyue’s mother and step father’s 3rd anniversary. I was unaware that the plan was to just leave us somewhere; it didn’t help that it was raining also and we couldn’t st…

After checking out of the inn, we decided to drive along the Niagara Falls Parkway, stop for some souviniers and then start heading back to the US.
We stopped to see the Whirlpool Rapids, which are downstream from the falls and are created by a very sharp curve in the river.
