I've been going to falmouth with my family every easter for (I think) my entire life. We have always stayed in holiday homes and over the years we must have seen everything there is to see in Falmouth and the surrounding area, yet we keep going back because it is such a nice seaside town.

Today we went for a walk along the beach. While we were there we counted 39 people of all ages surfing on their surfboards braving the elements. I decided that I wouldn't have ago today - as it was a little chilly for me. - Maybe one day!

Went to Newquay for the May Day Bank Holiday weekend. Stayed in a very small hotel, which was very 70's, but was also quite cheap, so cant complain. While we were there we went to the Cyder Farm for a tour, abd spent time on the beach and in restaurants and pubs!!
For all the Aussies going there - yep - they have a Walkabout, which is open until you are too drunk to know the time!!
All in all a really pretty place to visit, and one of the nicer beaches in the UK
