Hotel & restaurant next door are under going construction right now so it was a little hard to pick it out, but the lobby is very nicely decorated and the staff are friendly, multi-lingual people. This place is $30 each if you book a 4-person dorm room. It sounds perfect for you. I haven't been, but, if you just want a place to crash at night with no frills, this is probably a great option.

It's a place for extended stay. Can be cheaper than most hotels, you have to do your cleaning.
Laundry can be done for free. It has a nice kitchen.
Felt some bites, didn't see any bugs but I believe there are some there.
Having said all that, its a good place cost/benefit.
