posted by:
Dec 11, 2006
After more than a year, the destruction still reigns.  The 9th district was eerily quiet, trees laid bare, rust taking over, not a single soul inhabiting any of the homes.  We did see a couple construction crews working at bringing order to the chaos, even a volunteer corps sporting …

Bienvenue! Since I live in New Orleans I wouldn't consider this a travel blog. Just wanted to give everyone out there on TB a small glimpse into a night out on Bourbon Street and the French Quarter. I say small because there is sooo much going on there one would be hard pressed not to be able to have fun or find something to do! Some friends were in town for the N.O. Saints football game so we went out on the town to have a few drinks!
