12:21pmCurrently in Albuquerque. I said goodbye to Frank and Gaylin, two men in their 50's I'd say, for this was there stop. Gaylin and I talked a lot since we had dinner and breakfast together. He was a salesman for 35 years and just recently retired to come here and take care of his parents for the rest of their lives. They don't know that though, they think it's only a visit! Great guy. Today was the ride into Zuni, NM. It was really cool because it was such a long trip- a 105 mile day, but a lunch at the New Mexico border really helped the day feel shorter. This marks the fourth state on our journey so far and it promises to be another good one. As soon as we got into New Mexico we started seeing the mesas that the state is so famous for. Before I begin I would just like to say that exploring new places can be very rewarding. The experience alone opens you up to new ideas about cultures, people, and history.
