i booked with these holiday flats and i paid the £60 deposit as requested by the owner (lisa) but doe to health problems (my mum having a heart attach) i have had to cancel. i sent an email to lisa to advise that i was cancelling and the reasons for cancelling the email i got back was (THANKS FOR LETTING US KNOW) That was it nothing else so i sent another email advising of the £60 refund that i was to receive via my debit card and i waited 5 days no reply to the email i have now sent another and still no reply .. they are very ignorant when it comes to contact and with holding money that does not belong to them. it does state in there terms and conditions that a full refund would be given as long as it is 48 hours before the holiday date well i cancelled 2 weeks before...
