Pretty self explanitory. I got to see snow for the first time in six
years, but both of my flights through Air Canada were delayed and no one was being very helpful about making sure people got where they needed to go. Everyone and their mom had to stand in the customer service line to get things fixed. Yes, it was cheaper for me to fly this way, but not worth my whole travel situation getting screwed up. Plus, why would you go to Toronto in January when you can go to southern California and wear a skirt? I'm sure Canada is awesome, but being cold and stuck in an airport is not.
