A beautiful 'Monet' pond May 03, 2016
Recently a beautiful pond in Seki city has been the talk of the town. We sometimes went to Seki to enjoy our favorite hot spring, but we hadn't noticed such a place. We went the pond with the help of internet. The pond is located at Nemichi shrine along the mountain path. There is nothing special around the shrine. A lot of tourists come a long way to see this popular pond early in the morning. Internet power is awesome! Colored carps were swimming in a clear water. It seems the water lilies of this pond make people think of Monet's 'Water lilies'. The preparation of rice planting near the shrine has started. This is a beautiful countryside.
