 Organic Goodness when on the Road! Jul 04, 2007
In Puerto Rico there are so many different restaurants to experience but this one stood out from the rest. It was a small place, almost unnoticeable -- but worth a visit if you are ever in Rincon and in need of a healthy, organic meal. It is on a corner just as you are getting into or leaving Rincon on Highway 115.
The name "Natural High" enticed me to see what is was all about. Inside you find friendly American expats running the show. I tried the Sunrise Smoothie which is made with coco water, banana, mango, and strawberry...and either I was really thirtsy or it might have been the best smoothie ever! The next day on our way out of Rincon we stopped at this awesome organic restaurant called "Natural High" for delicious smoothies made with coconut water (to soothe the hangovers, of course) -- anyways, if you are in Rincon, I highly recommend this restaurant! They had lots of good organic foods like Thai green curry.
