 National Gallery wonderful Norwegian paintings Aug 24, 2008
I loved the National Gallery! It is full of great paintings and some sculptures of mainly Norwegian artists. Not too modern, many beautiful landscapes. And of course I did not like every painting there, but that is impossible with such a large collection. It is a very good overview of Norwegian painting, and they have one room of French/Spanish works and one of old Dutch/Flemish paintings. Don't miss it when you're in Oslo!
