Glad I don't have to live there. Apr 25, 2013
Being one of those people who enjoy odd or different kinds of attractions, I found this one on RoadsideAmerica.com and decided to visit on the way south towards the San Diego area.

The home was built on a bet back in the 1930s. Nelson Rummond, bet a friend that he could build a habitable home on the 10-foot wide lot. The finished home in basically a two story with a small third floor and a deck on the remainder of the third level. It not only was inhabitable then but still is today too.

The location is at 708 Gladys Ave, Long Beach. On the east side of the street just north of 7th Street.

Something fun to look at and get a picture or two.
