Narrabeen Beach Sydney Reviews
Biking up to the Northern Beaches of Sydney Apr 24, 2011
so instead of getting into the busy buzz of the Bondi Beach or the Eastern coast of Sydney, i decided to hop on my bike and head off towards the Northern Beaches. I figured it would be a better place to contemplate on things.
cross the harbour bridge of Sydney and head off north. make sure to take the curve/exit towards Manly/Mosman.
the view going down the cliff from Military Road is pretty amazing, and would you have a good view of the parked boats.
Go up the hill again and you'll reach the big intersection. i took the one with the sign going towards Dee Why.
IF you go along the Pittswater Road, it should bring you all the way to Narrabeen Beach. I strolled along there and did a little bit of photography. There's also a small lake down the road where you can do kayaking, just beside the community hall.
If you go back towards south, take a left towards the Long Reef Park where the golf course is. that's another good spot to check out. would have a 360 degree view of the northen beaches. :)
