If you are flying out of Narita International Airport (Tokyo's main airport) on your way back home and you have a late afternoon or evening flight and you aren't sure what to do with the first half of the day I suggest you go to Narita temple. Its easy to get to its just on the way to the airport and you can even drop your luggage off at the airport since it is only one or two stops away (depending on which airline you are taking).
Narita temple is the 2nd largest temple in all of Japan it was built over 1000 years ago. My students tell me that this is the temple you should go to if you want to be in a relationship. The spirit of the temple was heartbroken somehow and now she wants to find people luck in love. However, if you are a couple and you go to the temple together she will become very jealous and try to break you up. Beware!
