Decent Hotel in Silom Road, Bangkok Nov 09, 2012
Stayed there between 31st Oct to 02 Nov 2012.

Pros:

Narai Hotel is at the Silom road which has lots of Night Street Bazar and couple of Good restaurants close by. The Metro Station(SkyTrain as the Thai's call it) is 10mins walk which is really helpful. The hotel has a great restaurant and a good pub. I checked out a little bit late and the hotel folks didn't have any problem with it unlike other hotels.

Cons:

The hotel building is a bit old and shabby which reflects in their rooms. The facilities in the hotel room were ok. The a/c doesn't seem to have controls, you keep the a/c at 34 degrees or 16 degrees it's chilly all the time, so either you switch it on or switch it off, you don't have any other option there.

Narai Bangkok Apr 08, 2011
At 2300 Baht it was a midrange hotel. Cleanliness could have been better. There were also some screaming kids in the hallway outside my room after midnight. Restaurant and breakfast buffet were decent.

I stayed here for a few days about 3 yrs ago and absolutely loved it. The breakfasts were amazing - Thai specialities and the usual cereals, fruit, etc. Our room was v nice with sat TV but the view was out the top of this horrible grey building but what do you expect in the middle of a busy city? I thought the location was fantastice - there were loads of stalls along Silom Rd and you can easily get a Taxi (or if your brave a tuk-tuk) to wherever you want to go. Staff were all very friendly, if I returned to this area of Bangkok I would deffinately stay here again.

Narai Hotel Oct 06, 2008
This is an average hotel in center of bankok very close to Famous Pathpong area. Narai bakery which is located at the downstairs of the hotel is an excellent bakery. and there is a nice chinese restaurent failry good prices and decent food. Particularly during the weekends the restaurent has a flat rate less than 200 Bath per meal, buffet.

Rooms are pretty good adn the toilet are decent and clean, and the price is good.

This is a good hotel at the heart of Bangkok.
