LOVE IT!!! Mar 18, 2012
This hostel is the best place I've stayed at in SE Asia. I just wish more hostels were like this. It's clean and tidy and the dorm rooms are simply, need I reiterate again, clean and tidy...Also it is two streets away from Khao San Road so you will definitely get peace and quiet at night. The place has a super cool hang out area outside where fellow backpackers can mingle and socialise so you definitely will make a lot of friends here. There is something about Nappark that definitely make tourists feel welcomed. Make sure to book online in advance as this place is always booked out...

Best in Bangkok. Apr 23, 2012
I'm not gonna lie, the prices can be a turn off to any backpacker. BUT, when you do the math with what you get for the price, it's not so bad.

This was my home away from home. Every time I stopped in Bangkok I stayed here. I got to know the amazing staff, the beds are comfortable and CLEAN. Even the 22 bed dorm, is very quiet.. most of the time (everyone has bad luck once in a while). The location is great, you can easily and quickly walk to khao san (there's even little shortcuts if u can find em) and don't have to worry about staying on that noisy street with music bumping all night. This is only 2 streets over with no noise. It's a little hidden gem. They help organize anything you need and put on cool activities/games where you can win a free night/free beer. It's a great place to meet people too. I reccommend getting in good with the staff. They'll hook u up if you're ever in a tough spot and need somewhere to stay.

I highly reccommend.

"backpackers on a budget" Oct 24, 2011
I was traveling alone to Bangkok and decided to stay here. I wasn't disappointed. This place is very appropriate for backpackers, like me. The staff are friendly. The chef named Oh, cooks really well. Great place to stay. The lounge area is very spacious and comfy. Clean and nice. The location is great. Busy night life. I will definitely going back here. Highly recommended. :)

Backpacker's Paradise Dec 08, 2011
NapPark can pass as a backpacker's paradise. At the center of it, is the main lounge with a huge sofabed to rest your soul, manned with half a dozen of friendly folks that knows what true travelers are looking for, you can even order a custom breakfast that suit your morning.

Don't be intimidated with the 20+ bed dorm, it's almost properly partitioned & ventilated, private enough to be half naked, and open enough to let you try to be more open-minded.

The smaller dorm with the in-room shower is actually worth the extra dollar spent, and being slightly away from the noisy Khao San, means you can sleep better at night for the next day's party. If I can ask, perhaps a better rate or a discount after such a glorifying review.

best hostel, great staff, comfortable and fun!! Oct 19, 2011
After staying in the worst hostel around in Hong Kong, i was reccomended nappark by a fellow traveller, when i arrived i already knew i would like it, i was in a 22bed mixed dorm. although you wouldnt know it as there are shutters between each bed, you get your own light and plug socket in your bed area and a mirror (not so good after a night out in khao san!)

the beds are comfortable and have duvets rather than sheets, the whole hostel is cleaned every day. the air con is fierce at night but turned off between 12 and 6 everyday so i would suggest never going in the room during those times as its boiling!

the hostel has a cafe with some of the nicest food ive had, but i still reccomend the street sellers as they are half the price and just as good! the inside area has 6 computers with free wifi on and a massive bed with pillows all over it to watch dvds on or just chill, outside there is a nice seating area.

all in all the hostel is very sociable and you can make some great friends here! the receptionists are very helpful and know alot about the area.

stay here or you will regret it!

Best Hostel in SE Asia! Jul 17, 2011
This place is the best hostel I stayed at in 6 months around SE Asia, and everyone I meet who has been there agrees. It'a a super clean, super social, and super cool spot just two roads over from Koh San Road. No need to stay in the chaos and dirty noise on Koh San. Nappark is a nice oasis from all that. It's a little more pricey than other places around, but still not bad. About $12-15 USD a night. Dorm beds only, but It will be the nicest dorm you can find. And I have no idea how they keep the place so clean and spotless. I stayed there 3 times and would go back anytime!
