Feels a bit low Dec 05, 2010
I frequently comment that mountains should not be judged on height alone and it would seem to follow that mountain ridges should not either. Many reckon this to come second only to the Crib Goch ridge in the Snowdon Group (review - Snowdon Horseshoe). It is certainly a ridge that requires a bit of scrambling and, as I discovered when walking with a much smaller person, this is difficult if your legs are short.

The website gives such good deyail on the route and the nature of the walk that I shall only talk about my own impressions.

However I have to say that it did somehow FEEL a bit low - perhaps a good place to go to test your head for ridges rather than for its own sake. I have never had really good viewing weather here so I may be a bit unfair in saying this but it's how it was for me.
