Lake Nakuru was our first Game Drive of the trip. A small National Park in the Nakuru area, it wasn't anything like the Masai Mara or Serengeti are made out to be - more like a giant Woburn Safari Park. It was, however, quite a good introduction to the local wildlife. With eight of us crammed into a minibus with a lifting roof (to allow better viewing), we were fighting for prime photo position.
