Wonderful a Very old Saudi Restaurant! Apr 07, 2011
This is an authentic experience with great Arabic cuisine. It is a new structure, but designed and built to reflect an earlier time in Saudi history. We were 11 people and first we gathering in a traditional Saudi café. Till all arrived we drove in three cars to the restaurant in north of Riyadh. The restaurant is huge, with indoor or outdoor dining. If you think you will only be in Riyadh once, don't miss this place. I wont keep for long, the pictures might talk themselves!

Excellent place, excellent traditional food and ambience. This is where you try out goat or camel meat, with a bed of rice - cooked with various recipes - including Kabsa, timman... I can't list out the entire menu but I highly recommend trying this place. Please be very hungry before coming here. Thanks to the review and pictures by Joeaba.

There is a Nejd Village on Takhassusi Rd, and another (larger I guess) near Prince Sultan University, just off King Abdullah Rd.
