In August 2005 I spent four weeks in Japan. Two weeks I stayed around Nagoya for a sportscompetition (orienteering) and the other two weeks I traveled through Japan by train.

I've been in Nagoya, Japan about two days and so far LOADS has happened. It's an amazing country. It's 4am and we seem to be in some sort of rain storm at the moment, i accidently fell asleep earlier after thinking i got away with no jet lag.. There is a 24 hour macdonalds right outside my wind…

Hmm.. I'd rather share pictures with lesser words. Anyway, my trip to Japan that lasted for 8 months was so far the best. I stayed in Osaka but traveled to places like Tokyo, Kyoto, Nagoya, Nara, Namba, Wakayama, Hokkaido and Umeda.

On a quitté notre chambre dans Shinjuku ce matin. Plus de mini chambre avec salle de bain en plastique style sous marin qui me donnait le mal de mer. Plus de camion de pompier, ambulance, party non stop toute la nuit. On a aimé la location Shinjuku, ses millions de resto et un peu moins son côtÅ

In those days, the nearest airport, Nagoya airport had been located in Toyoyama-cho, the town that Ichiro Suzuki of Seattle Mariners was born and reared. The Chubu International Airport was opened in 2005. Our first destinations was London via Naria Airport.
