Its hard to put into words my feelings about Vietnam. I leave with mixed emotions about a country with a rich heritage and tremendous potential. I had some truly amazing experiences, but my lasting impressions will be of a people that put money above all else... (ie China) In order to get a real feel for Vietnam, you MUST get off the Lonely Planet path. Its a watered-down experience to be honest. You're treated like a walking wallet.
