N-Resort All Inclusive for Adults Falmouth Reviews
All inclusive, great family spot (but I still had a great girls getaway) Aug 15, 2010
I went back in 2008 and thought I wrote a review about this place, but guess I was wrong.
This place boosts a great location for the family and that each family can get it's own nanny, but I went with my mom and a friend of mine and it wasn't super kid overloaded. We didn't spend much time on the grounds anyways. Trelawny is located on the northern part of Jamaica and once you step off the grounds, there isn't much else around. We had organized trips for most days we were there, so every morning, we were picked up in a small bus, stopped by other resorts to pick up others and then went on a booze-cruise or went ATVing or whatever!
The all-inclusive portion is not something I do often, but it was a great option here. The grill had great food and the pool had one of those swim up bar when you could drink all you wanted and eat your food from the grill there too. The beach was beautiful, it's private and so it's not overloaded with vendors and a million other people.
There is an activities director so there are pool olympics and other events, but when in Jamaica, you want to leave during the day and sightsee. Kids have their own area and activities to keep them busy if you just want to see your kids in the morning and at night!
For the novice traveler, a flight and housing from the US is quite affordable and makes Jamaica a number one place to visit. Montego Bay pulls in a lot of tourists, but I would NEVER stay there. I guess it just depends on what you want, where you want to be, and why you're going. Be sure to do your research.
