We drove to Myrtle Beach, SC in late August of 2007. I had been several times before, but my husband had never been to the beach at all. It took us 8 hours to drive there. We arrived before our hotel check in time, so we headed down the road to Subway and ate, by the time we went back to the hotel …

I have a goal of going to every Hard Rock Cafe in the world. I don't know where this infatuation came from, but it's something I enjoy doing. It sort of connects my travels and gives me something to compare. So far I've been to 14 HRC's around the world: Nashville, Tennessee; Wash…

Went with a few family memebers to Myrtle Beach. We stayed at the Myrtle Beach Resort that is in South MB. We did not leave the resort much, only to eat out once and buy food to cook. The resort had what we needed, relaxation and the ocean and pools. While there we also did parasailing.

Trouble with traffic on The I95 greeted us that morning, so we had to improvise a new route down to Myrtle Beach. We took the I40 towards Wilmington and with 30 minute was glad we had. We had a post lunch meeting but as we began to circle Wilmington the meeting was far from our minds. Passing over …

Got up early, got ready, then hit the road, headed for Myrtle Beach, SC.
It took us just over one hour to get there, and the outlet mall (Tanger Outlet Mall) was worth the drive itself. After shopping at all the outlet stores, we headed to Boardwalk (or Broadway) at the Beach, which is a big …
