1.Nasi Lemak ( coconut rice with special chili plus egg) – Malay

2.Roti Canai ( plain but fluffy naan bread with Indian spice) – Indian

3.Banana Roti ( sliced bananas cook together with fluffy naan bread) – Indian

4.Sardine Roti ( sardine cook together with fluffy naan bread) - Indian

5.Clay pot chicken rice( steam rice with chicken in claypot ) – Chinese

6.Chicken rice( Chicken with oil rice) – Chinese

7.Penang Laksa ( round fat noodles in sour and hot fish soup ) – Malay

8.Wan Tan Noodle ( dried noodle in soy sauce served with dumplings and bar-b-q pork) - Chinese

9.Braise egg noodle in dark soy sauce – Chinese

10.Paper Roti ( very thin layer of flour based cake – as thin as paper served in a cone shape covers wit sugar) – Indian

11.Stir fried glass noodle in dark soy source- Chinese

I just noticed this list today. I like to see this. I have tried some of these in SG but I am sure that they are different flavour in Malaysia. I will love to complete this list next time I make it to Malaysia. Thanks for the inspiration :)
