Musée de la ville de Bruxelles Brussels Reviews
Musee de la ville de Bruxelles Oct 09, 2011
As it was raining we decided to go inside. It wasn't a bad choice. The museum tells you a lot about the history of Brussels.
There are some really nice maquetes about the city and it will give you a great idea of how much it has grown in the past centuries.
On the top floor there is a movie about "menneken pis" and it will also show a small part of his costumes. Menneken Pis has over 700 costumes! That's the reason they don't show all of them ;-).
On the top floor as well, a exhibition of oil paintings. Al paintings about Brussels, and worth visiting.
It will cost you 4 euros p.p. to enter. There are stairs and an elevator. No photo or cellphone allowed.
