Muntinlupa Vacation Guide
The City of Muntinlupa is the southernmost city in Metro Manila, just south of Taguig City, northwest of Parañaque City, and west of Piñas City. It is right next to Laguna de Bay, the largest lake in the country. It is nicknamed the "Emerald City of the Philippines".
It has developed tremendously in the past 20 years, housing new residential, business, industrial and commercial establishments. The largest malls located in this area are Festival Supermall and Alabang Town Center.
Muntinlupa is much quieter than its other counterparts in Metro Manila. People are not as high strung as in Makati or Manila and do not care as much about appearances when out at the mall or just walking around town.
