The most magical night Sep 01, 2013
I spent one magic night here in January 2013. It is situated just off of the main road through the national park about an hour from the eastern gate.

The main lodge is set on the banks of a huge river with a wide deck for bird watching and listening to the hippos. There are several little 2 person huts dotted further along the river that were very clean with hot water and electricity. I believe there is also a bigger hut that can accommodate a group.

The food was fabulous but watch out for the cheeky monkeys! There is also a small pool and sunbathing area.

It was rainy season whilst we were there but we still saw a whole host of animals including several inside the camp - Impala and hippo wander through the main lodge (we didn't see the hippo ourselves but check the pictures on the internet) and lions were in camp through the night.

I had a wonderful time and would have stayed there forever if I could have.
