We spent the final day, of our four day climb on Mt. Shasta, training for crevasse rescue. To do this, we needed a "victim", so we each took turns dropping ourselves into a crevasse to be rescued. I of course took my digital and video camera down with me.  When we finished the rescue training, we broke camp and concluded our expedition with a six hour decent down the mountain to the Northgate Trailhead.
