Just a visit on the way. I meant to spend a night in one of the hut's up in the mountains and I start going up but then I realized that I don't feel that good, so I went back, found the camp ground and set my tent for the night, leaving the area the next morning, hitchhike my way to Arthur's Pass.

My first overseas adventure couldn't have been more perfect. I met some amazing friends travelling around on a contiki tour. Aside from spending a substantial proportion of my holiday being sick, it will definately take a lot for any future travels to compare to how good of a experience this one was.

I've been there in march'05. It's been a wonderfull experience. Being on both north and amazing south island. Especially Milford Sound and Mount Cook were like a dream with amazing landscapes, coulors and nature. WOW!
