Available in the immediate vicinity are restaurants, cafes, viewing points, and other facilities which are located in different elevation points in between ski lifts stations to ensure comfortable and entertaining pastimes for the visitors of “Gornaya Karusel.”
The Sport and Tourism Center “Gornaya Karusel” welcomed great number of tourists during 2014 winter Olympic Games. “Gornaya Karusel” has abundant offerings for tourists. Excellent service and high potential is a trump card of the resort.
Today, the Sport and Tourism Center “Gornaya Karusel” is a complex of modern ski trails, gondola lifts, and ski lifts that exceptionally match the landscape of Aibga Mountains’ northern slope. There are 3 stop-overs at +960m, +1450m and +2200m levels above the sea.
Ski trails can be chosen depending on the level of complexity and are rated green to black. Freeriding trails are also available. “Gornaya Karusel” is famous for possessing a long ski season that is open until mid-May.
In the summertime, “Gornaya Karusel” attracts large numbers of tourists with its scenic views of the Caucasian mountain range who experience clean and fresh mountain air.
The location of the resort is favourable. There big number of hotels rated from budjet hostel to luxurious 5 star plus hotels such as Swisshotel, Marriott, Solis, Rixos.
Transportation is very convenient: a speed train runs every half an hour from Krasnaya Polyan (Mountain cluster) between Olympic park (seaside cluster), Adler and Sochi the City.
