We started out just wanting to see some snow and ended up getting a great couple of days. The day we went to the mountains it snowed 8 inches in the Vegas Valley, Im not sure how much on the mountain, but it snowed ALL day. It wasnt really a far drive to the snow, but it was definitely a great get away. It was the most snow Ive ever seen up close.
