My Eastern Europe Trip

I did my media thesis in Bosnia trying to tell the stories of the people in Bosnia today who used to be each others worst enemies.

After finishing uni, I decided I needed to do something before I had to start working loads so my boyfriend and I booked a trip around eastern europe, starting in Croatia, and travelling through Bosnia, Hungary, Slovakia and finished in Czech Republic

I spent 8 months in Bosnia on a research fellowship for graduate school. It was a great experience and I got to travel around the region quite a bit. I'd highly recommend the Balkans if you are looking for adventure, hospitality, great food. It is also gentle on your wallet. Enjoy the photos.
