Well, after having heard about Moranbah ever since Merv and I met I finally got to see it! I had always been told it would only take about five minutes to see the whole town, but it wasn’t as bad as all that…
The trip to Moranbah was interesting. I had seen some of it before, but most of it was new to me. It was very dry, not a lot of green to see. In Moranbah they actually had water restrictions: people could only water using a garden hose for two hours a day except Monday, no watering...
