Moors valley country park. Jun 14, 2011
Moors valley is a forest located near Ringwood, Dorset. There are plenty of walks to go on and paths to cycle. There is a small steam train for children and you can even go on a high wire through the tree tops.

It is also a good place to fish and you can catch Roach, Rudd, Tench, Pike and Dace. The rangers will organise fishing tuition for children in the summer holidays.

There is a restaurant offering breakfast, light lunch, cakes and coffee's. There are also plenty of places to have a picnic.

An 18 hole golf course is also available and you can also do a course in orienteering here.

Furthermore there are lots of individuals play areas for children.

This is a nice place to take your family and is very popular with dog walkers.

Also there is " Go Ape " a tree top adventure. This includes zip wires, tricky crossings and high wires. Perfect as a group activity. There are height and age restrictions.
