Quiet day today. Slept in, late breakfast and watched abit of TV and wrote postcards. Into town for this afternoon as most things close between 1230 and 1530. All meals at home today. Montepulciano is a beautifull little town on a hill top in beautifull tuscan landscape! Not only that makes the village a lust for visiting: mostly because of it containes one of the best tuscan wines: vino nobile de montepulciano! There are a lot of them. Try the Poldo st. Anna, Polizano, Dei..... There is a very good little store at the via Ricci: Terra Toscana: you can not only taste there but also order and (!) ship!
