Montecristi Vacation Guide
Montecristi is a small town located just 15min away from Manta.
It's famous because of the Panama hats “Sombreros de Paja con torquilla”, which are made in Ecuador.
Montecristi is a small town, but has a huge church. From far away you can see the white big church and its tall tower. Also inside this church is very nice and pretty.
There's not much to do in Montecristi besides the Panama Hats and the church, so I wouldn't recommend to spend much time there...

Anyway, when I started to do my research about Ecuador, noticed that Montecristi was close to Manta, so we should visit it! We started our way to Montecristi, yay! We had a map but almost got lost…
