Last time I was in Rome I went to a place called "Monte Testaccio ", which is prety much Club Heaven!! Most open at 11:30 and are open til 5 or 6 in morning! You can get here on the metro by taking the B-line to the 'Piramide' stop. This is a site you might find helpfull, it's got all the best clubs and restaraunts listed and how to find them.

We turned towards River Tiber at Via Nicola Zabaglia passing Monte Testaccio.
