My first monjayaki Nov 16, 2015
I've never eaten monjayaki before. Monjayaki originated Tokyo. We hardly have monjayaki restaurant here in Aichi. There are a lot of bars and izakayas near here. Monjayaki is a kind of liquefied pancake with seafood or meat and vegetable. We didn't know how to cook monjayaki on the iron plate, so a staff cooked it for us. I felt it was very fluid, but it is a monjayaki. Using a small spatulas, we learned to eat monjayaki. Anyway grilling was fun. This restaurant is next to a famous tea ceremony tools store. So I noticed some elegant women used this restaurant.
