Good hotel, outstanding location! I've stayed in some of the best hotels in Venice and I can't think of a better price/value place. The hotel is a one block walk to St. Mark's Square and situated right on the Grand Canal. It's restaurant (for all meals and an afternoon drink) - mostly al fresco - it beautiful and right on th ewater. You watch the boats go by and look at the mouthg of the harbor. Right across the alley is the world famous Harry's Bar, home of WW2 Hemingway and the "bollini."
