Over the past four decades, my life has been regularly punctuated with trips that have taken me to live, work and travel in Australia, South East Asia, Europe, South America and now Central America. As a retired journalist, ESL teacher and innkeeper, I now spend 6 months a year in Nicaragua where I am a volunteer teacher and six months at home in Peterboro,Canada.
