We has breakfast in Sheffield this morning, the town of murals. Almost every shop here has had a painted mural on the side depicting either the original shop use, a historical depiction of the current shop use or some local scenery. As we dotted around the streets, Zoe pointed out a large and hairy dog sitting on a lead beside a gentlemen sat outside a coffee shop. If you like to get away from large cities and not be crowded by other tourists, I would recommend coming to Mole Creek and staying at the caravan park there. There is a lovely little creek that flows by the park and the ameneties are fine. You are surrounded by great views of mountains, like much of Tasmania. To stay the night at the caravan park will barely cost you anything. I think I paid $5 for an unpowered site as I was staying in my comfy swag. The Karapooka Caves are only a short drive...
