Moldova for me is like Heidi. She’s an innocent little girl who grew up on a farm in the hills. The sort of girl who loves to run around barefoot, delighting in nature and doesn’t mind having a grubby skirt. She might look rough around the edges, but she has a pure heart, a gleam in her eye and…

This is my Bog Blog!
Call them whatever you like:
dunnies, pissers, gravy bowls, pissoirs, porcelain caves, potties, loos, crappers, dumpers, shitters, outhouses, throne, bogs, longdrops, WC's.
As much as we dont want to think about it, even good looking girls have to crap every day!
The vast array of toilets in the world have fascinated me for a long time.
This blog will be continuously updated as long as I continue to travel the world and wake up needing to hang a dump.

We arrived. I mean, we arrived. It’s another Minsk. Believe me, as the day wore on, there was nothing to do here. Really! Moldova’s main attraction is a very small Paris-like version of the Arc de Tromphie with a big white clock on top looking out at the important government building where Olli…

THANK YOU to everyone who sends me postcards and help make my collection grow! I APPRECIATE IT SO MUCH! If you sent me a postcard and you don't see it in this blog, it means it's still on its way or I never received it because it got lost or someone stole it. Yeah, it happens.

Customs Between Odessa and customs of the Transnistria conflict zone we traveled on a winding, long and stupid road. We stopped before the entrance to the customs to drink and eat something. When our turn comes to customs, the officials ask us if we are sure we want to get in Transnistria. …

I finally procure a train ticket to Kishinev from someone who knows what they are doing. On the train I meet a man who is traveling home to Kishinev. He invites me over to meet his family. One floor of his house is still under construction and he boasts that he's building it …
