Modern Art Museum Fort Worth Reviews
Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth Aug 07, 2011
Its located in Forth Worth's Cultural District with several other museums.
The Modern Art Museum has large spacious galleries that are easy to navigate. You will find a variety of work from famous and well loved artists like Robert Motherwell, Warhol, and Cindy Sherman; just to name a few.
The museum has two floors for the art galleries, a cafe on the main floor- that was popular, a theatre playing art related films several times a day plus several pieces of outdoor sculpture.
Outside is a large public sculpture piece by Frank Stella. I highly recommend walking inside it and listen to the echos of every little noise. Kids will love it!
Photography without flash is allowed.
Admission is $10 for adults and $6 for students. Children under 12 are free.
Wed are 1/2 price and the first Sunday of the month is free.
