A wonderfull little place for lunch Aug 31, 2008
North of Szent Istvan Krt, on our way from the Parliament to Margaret Island, we found this nice little place to eat. We got a sidewalk table and both ordered a ham and cheese roasted sandwich and a coke - which set us back 1600 HUF - from a sweet and shy waitress who spoke in an endearing broken English.
We did not have high expectations, considering the price, but what we got was something incredibly yummie and well presented.
The place also does a mean breakfast, but anytime is a good time to stop by and get a bite to eat. It's places like these we have to support. Places that make something beautiful out of a very simple dish. That extra touch makes it all worth while.
