Miyoshi Travel and Tourism Guide

Miyoshi is a small city located in the Hiroshima prefecture with a population of about 60,000 people. It was founded about 50 years ago when many villages and towns were combined to create it. It is about an hour and a bit drive away from the city of Hiroshima. It is an interesting city to visit and makes for a good base to travel to surrounding cities, like Hiroshima, Miyajima and Onomichi. It is a fairly large city but each area feels a bit like a small community, with each little area having its own town centers.
