We weren't suppossed to end up in Lima, but because we didn't get on our flight....we decided to make the best of it by spending a day in Lima. We stayed in the Miraflores area and we were pleasantly surprised at the beautiful views of the Cliffs and the ocean. Watching the the Paragliders sail off the cliffs high above us was really exciting to see........until we decided to try it ourselves!!

Peru is a country graced with intriguing history, welcoming people, amazing food, infectious dance rhythms, and breathtaking geography.

I went to Peru with classmates and two crazy history teachers for spring break my junior year of high school. I look so young! And I wore so much pink!! lol.

I went to visit my friend and see some of Lima.

Hola amigos. as those of you who know me are already aware, brought down by the ennui of life in the UK and the NHS, we quit our miserable jobs and flew away for three months to see the wonders of Chile, Argentina, Bolivia and Peru. here's a few bits of our adventures. (i started this about a month into the trip but I'll try and write about the first few weeks retrospectively.)
