Mirabelle's Cafe

This was a FABULOUS breakfast place we went to in downtown Burlington. The menu was great, all fresh organic ingredients. I had a fresh popover with herb scrambled eggs, home fries and fruit. My husband had a beautiful omelet with this great fresh baked bread. It was very good! Our timing was right because when we left this place on Sunday morning, they were taking names as a long line had formed. The staff was friendly ... a long haired boy with flip flops skillfully waited on us. We had a couple of young students elbow close to our right, while to our left an older couple were debating politics. I had to run past the delicious pastries when I left(my daughter told me I had put on weight since she last saw me ... nice kid!)
