Minus Achtzehn Grad Frankfurt (Oder) Reviews
Fond of ice cream experiments? Feb 28, 2012
Minus Achtzehn Grad ('Minus Eighteen Degrees') is a new, small but excellent ice cream parlour in the town centre of Frankfurt (Oder).
I heard about this cool place on the radio – enough to excite my curiosity.
Minus Achtzehn Grad serves all sorts of mouth-watering ice cream specialities (cones and sundaes) and cakes, desserts like waffles and crêpes, as well as speciality coffees and teas. Definitely a place a sweet tooth shouldn’t miss out on.
The variety of both high-quality and reasonably priced ice cream is fantastic. Mint and vanilla cherry, chocolate chilli and apricot to name but a few of the flavours. They also sell Germany’s best vanilla ice cream there. This is officially certified.
If you order a sundae you can choose the ice cream flavours as you wish. Everything is possible. In case you really can’t make a decision flavours such as ‘Ziemlich Fruchtig’ (‘Quite Fruity’) or ‘Egal’ (‘Whatever’) are recommended.
The service is absolutely friendly, quick and cheery. You’re given individual advice whenever you’re overwhelmed by this wide sweet menu.
The colourful and neatly arranged interior underlines the vibrant holiday kind of feeling.
Minus Achtzehn Grad is a must for all ice cream lovers who like to experiment with outstanding flavours.
