THE BEST VIETNAMESE RESTAURANT IN LYON! Aug 24, 2010
This Vietnamese restaurant with a cheap look but recognized by the Asian community provides a very affordable nice cuisine.
Though my sister had pointed out to me that they were many other places(with terrace) in Lyon to enjoy a hot July dinner, stubborn as usual,I decided to try it.
Our trivial entrees ,washed with 2 Tsingtao, were shrimp and meat(chicken )rolls(4,20 euro) and we shared a basic shrimp salad((4,60).The goi sua (the same with JELLYFISH)was a lil pricey(5,50)!!
Our maincourses washed with 2 other Tsingtao were more typical.I had decent sautées prawns and my sister...more crafty, the bo nuong la lop,a delicious grilled beef wrapped in vine leaves.
I promise to come back in Winter and have one of their famous soups(pho) and other bun bo hue!
