Other than location, this hotel was pretty substandard for a 4 star. In fact, the Holiday Inns I've stayed at are much nicer. The rooms are cramped with peeling wall paper and a bunch of gaudy furniture and mirrors. The rooms are old and poorly...read entire review at TravelPost.com

They have excellent service: I called the hotel the day before checking in to make sure they would have the type of room I specified for my family. When we arrived, our room was upgraded to a corner suite for no added cost.

The location can't be beat, it's a perfect part of Chicago in which to stay. The swimming pool and hot tub were fantastic, and the concierge was great in setting up tickets to a sold out Cubs game, and other services.read entire review at TravelPost.com
