In Central Springfield, Springfield, Virginia’s, “downtown” neighborhood, the place to have lunch or dinner is Mike’s American Grill. The atmosphere at Mike’s is stylishly casual, with seating around a large central atrium. On the menu, you’ll find entrees ranging from prime rib, steaks, and ribs to pasta, crab cakes, and the fresh seafood of the day. Burgers, grilled sandwiches, and salads are available, too. The pork chops are outstanding and I also like the Filet Mignon Tips. Your server will bring a basket of Mike’s tasty breads, including the famous “Ozzie Rolls.” Try the Tex-Mex Eggrolls as an appetizer.

My family and I are big fans of Mike's. If you like filet mignon or baby back ribs... this is where you want to go. Plus, the Ozzie Rolls are WONDERFUL. It's in the middle of the "downtown" area... I HIGHLY recommend going there if you happen to be in the D.C. area.
